(“SILK”) is a wholly owned subsidiary
of SILK Holdings Berhad, a public
listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad.
SILK, more popularly known as KAJANG SILK
Highway was incorporated in Malaysia under
the Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited
company on 20 December 1995. SILK is a single
purpose company that holds the concession
granted by the Government of Malaysia to design,
construct, operate and maintain the 37km KAJANG
SILK Highway.
